Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking where available. For items that are marked as made to order please add a further month for the item to be made. Handmade art takes times! If you would like to add more security like signature on delivery, shipping insurance or courier delivery please email us on ruthshugmugs@gmail.com before you place an order.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees may vary according to total weight of the shipment. Any item marked shipping included always includes fixed rate shipping of our choice and will never incur excess costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Packages usually arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch but may take a month or more, please contact us at ruthshugmugs@gmail.com if you have not recieved your package after a month.
